Which payment methods do you take?
We accept all major credit / debit cards and process them via Stripe to ensure security.


How long will my listing remain live?
Once payment is processed, your camp listing will remain live for 12 months from this date.


Can I make changes to my listing?
Yes – you can Log In at any time and make changes to your listing.


How do I renew my listing?
We will automatically send you an email when your subscription is close to expiry. You will then have the option to sign-up for another year with us!


I have multiple camps in multiple locations. Is the sign-up process easy and can it support this?
Yes and yes – we take great pride in the ease of use of Scamps.


Can I sign up for the featured camp option?
We will be introducing this feature in the coming months. For now, the featured selection will be random.


Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel and perform other actions on your subscription via the Log In (include hyperlink) button. However, please note that subscription fees are non-refundable.
